I submitted two tickets to Survey Pop on May 15th — Ticket #514134 (login issue) and Ticket #514754 (missing £4 payout). It’s now May 31st, and I’ve had zero response from their support team.Their social media has been inactive since March, and it’s clear they’re not supporting their users properly anymore.I’ve spent time completing surveys in good faith expecting to be paid, and it feels like I’ve been completely ignored. Based on these reviews, I’m clearly not alone.Please fix your customer support, respond to open tickets, and stop ghosting users who are just trying to earn what they were promised. This app had potential — but at this point, it feels like a scam.
