Selecting a survey promises a 5-minute duration, but once you start, it often turns into 25 minutes. Each survey claims to be singular but leads to multiple ones, and after spending 30 minutes, I frequently find I'm not qualified. I've submitted several tickets and even provided screenshots, but have not heard back. It's a significant waste of time and energy. Also, why do they ask about income? Do they think only affluent individuals take these surveys?
