Although the website states that returns are accepted, the return process is misleading. When I attempted to initiate a return, the company advised that I would be responsible for international shipping back to Asia, along with a $20 restocking fee, and noted that processing could take several weeks. These barriers appear designed to discourage customers from completing returns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
