What can I say, this company is exceptional in every way when dealing with property sales. Our purchase didn't go without it's niggles but they were the fault of the seller and NOT the fault of this company.I should point out here that I am not the easiest person to deal with, (I can see Jan the office manager nodding in agreement at that comment ;) ), but the staff handled every aspect of the purchase with professionalism and treated us with dignity when the chips were down.In the end the transaction went smoothly and we are finally in our home. Would I use this company again to sell or buy through? Absolutely!Would I give the company 10 stars if I could, yes I would.Will I be moving again? No!As a buyer you will have to go a long way to get a better agent on the Isle Of Wight, they are dedicated, committed and above all, they are all very nice people!Thank you for putting up with me and I wish you all the very best for the future.
