Sussex Police as an organisation is corrupt, broken and not fit for purpose - from the very top to the bottom.They are incompetent, have no interest in protecting the public from criminal elements, and block any form of complaint or investigation into the reprehensible and substandard behaviour of their officers, some of whom - Paul Gregory and Kara Tombling, to name two - should be kicked off the force, without any accrued pension entitlement. Paul Gregory should be fully investigated and prosecuted for his criminial dishonesty.It is disgraceful and totally unacceptable. The public deserve better. The whole toxic and broken organisation needs to be cleaned out and restructured.
