Alex has been really great to talk to and completely understanding of my situation. Although Im not in a position to do the full programme at the moment, he has sent me loads of resources and a free course, as well as a link to the Facebook page, with loads more encouragement and talks. Im feeling really confident on this new direction in my weightloss and health journey. 😁
