I’m a month into this programme and I’ve learnt so much during the process. I work as a musician and a teacher and had begun to lose my drive and motivation because of how I felt about myself.Following the programme and accessing all the amazing tools and resources I’ve been given has taught me so much, about weigh loss, fitness, motivation and myself. I felt ugly, sluggish, lacking in self worth, tired sore and heavy. Now as well as losing weight and inches really quickly I don’t feel hungry between meals, my brain is sharper, I have less menopause symptoms and loads more energy. I’ve started wearing my old brighter tighter clothes as they fit and I want to wear them again. I’m also pushing myself more at work and being creative again in a way I hadn’t for some time. I’ve learnt loads about myself as well reeducating my attitude to food and what is healthy. There are so many resources available through the programme, reading material, copying techniques, lovely recipes, workouts. My coach has been so helpful and supportive, working with my life style and my family and I’ve found Alex’s lives really interesting and inspiring. Sustainable change has created a vast community of amazing and inspiring women who are finding joy and comfort supporting each other, being part of the online groups is a lovely feeling. Having lost both parents to degenerate illnesses well before their time and being an older mother I want to future proof myself so I’m there for my family and can live a long and prosperous life. I’ve spent so long looking after others and never putting myself first. This programme is giving me the tools to do all of the above and it’s made a huge difference already to me physically and mentally.If you have had any kind of weight abd physical problems and want guidance and support I would so recommend it, you’ll get much more out of it than you can initially imagine!
