63, tried every diet imaginable but not sustainable. We all do it. Get excited, run with it, lose weight. Then, slip back into old ways. Came across Alec, had a lovely chat. Gutted that I could not commit to the plan but was truly surprised that I was sent the information I needed to achieve my goals. Watched a few videos and started to put into action some pointers. Monday, I'm normally running around like a headless chicken. Not this time. Got myself prepared the night before and boy, what a difference that made to the rest off my day. Being for mindful and putting little goals into action has made a massive difference. Early days but I am great full to the team for putting ne on the right track.WATCH THIS SPACE 🥰
