My first year with TSD & I have lost kls (& kept off) in total 18kls & I'm so positive about the future, thanks to everything I have learned on this journey. it’s not just the weight loss, my whole outlook on life has changed, I now walk & swim every day amongst other life long daily habits.And it is all thanks to everyone I have met on my journey with TSD, the mastermind instructors with their superb knowledge of all kinds of health information, the huge support given from ladies in the inner circle, Alex's instrumental live's in the mornings & especially to Jock my coach who has been there for me thoughout, I will be forever grateful to you all 🙏 thoroughly recommend TDS
