There are lots of resources to help with this - experts in nutrition, exercise, menopause and mind set, plus workouts you can follow on line in your own home. My coach, Gavin provides explanations, help and encouragement. I found the eating plan easy to follow. In fact everyone I have talked to or watched is super helpful and the reading list has helped me too. Alex is very determined in his quest to help woman change their lives for the better.
