I had been watching some of the FB live sessions for a while and Alex reached out to me by text. He gave me a lot of his time and was genuinely interested in my life, health, eating habits, and stumbling blocks etc. I am not in a position to join monthly at the moment but he said he wanted to help me and sent me the Metabolic Mastery Course completely free of charge. I believe he is very committed to helping people and with his wealth of knowledge, expertise and the strong team he has, I know he will succeed. I am very grateful for his time and the tools he’s given me. I am only at the beginning but I feel more hopeful than I have in ages.
