So glad I clicked on the link

Late at night whilst scrolling through Facebook I came across TSD (The Sports Dietitian). I have seen these adverts many times but had kept on scrolling thinking ‘oh another weight loss plan 🫤’ but this time I decided to give it a shot and clicked the button on the advert. Bearing in mind that just recently I have tried a few things, Kure weight loss hypnosis (don’t waste your money), wall Pilates (again, don’t waste your money) so I was very sceptical when I clicked. I completed my details and then received a message via messenger from Alex Neilan. What a lovely man he is. He asked me all sorts of questions about my struggles with weight loss and maintaining (not maintaining in my case). He asked about health, goals, and lots of other things. Listened when I told him about my health condition and why, now after 5-6 years of being overweight I need to do something. After conversing back and to for over an hour, because of the things I had told Alex and he understood how important the weight loss is to me now, he offered me the Metabolism Mastery Course FREE OF CHARGE! I was absolutely flabbergasted, and humbled by his generosity and kindness. He explained that his mission is to help 1 million women to lose weight sustainably with his programmes. He has lots of other professionals working with him, psychologists, dietitians, physiotherapists, life consultants, behaviour change specialists, who all play a role in the way the programme works.I have received an abundance of FREE information, videos to watch, testimonials, advice and guidance on how to start the journey, how to eat, how to plan, and most of all how to do all this within my current living routine. Not vastly changing what I eat but being mindful of how much, planning ahead. Ideas of what to snack on. What sort of training to do, how to start off etc. It is all very do-able and I have already started my journey and feel confident that I will succeed this time as this is a totally different way of looking at weight loss. This is not a diet plan! This is a sustainable change to reach my goals and improve my health and my fitness with the bonus of dropping a few dress sizes in the process.I am so so grateful to Alex and so so glad I clicked that link. 🥰
