I started with TSD just 4 weeks ago.What an incredible experience and team. I was sceptical at first when I saw this company on Facebook. I want to lose weight and have tried many other ways, like weight watchers, slimming world etc. So after hearing Alex talk about how to lose weight and keep it off, I decided to join the team. There is so much help to keep you motivated, plenty of support to give you. Videos to watch, help with a meal plan and great advice from my coach Eoin, who is there with me every step of the way. He answers all my questions I have, and gets back to me quickly. It’s like one big family with all the support from the team and other people on this journey. I wish I had found TSD with Alex and his team a few years ago, when I was quite big and didn’t have any support from anyone. I can highly recommend Alex and the great team of support you get on this programme..
