I have been overwhelmed by the support from Alex and his colleagues. I was sceptical at first however this is a genuine experience which has been provided for free. The videos and info is really great and inspiring. I began using the website on Monday and since then have lost half a pound. This may not seem much to you but I have spent months trying to loose weight and since I have started with this programme , it is finally happening. I have had a change of mindset, thank you so much.
