This is an amazing programme (12 week paid programme). It is so well structured and designed to provide support with building a better future. Yes, weight loss is part of it but there is much more to it. In order to be sustainable we need to change how we think about weight, food and ourselves and build new, healthy habits. Sustainable Change shows you the way. The support provided by your 1 to 1 coach, mindset coaches, psychologists, physiotherapist, tailored food plans, personalised workouts, reading suggestions and daily live sessions from Alex Mon- Thurs mornings is so helpful, inspiring and encouraging. The people involved really care about what they do. That comes across loud and clear. Yes, you will need to put in the work but you are never doing it alone. The help is there, you just need to take it. You'll be glad you did, I certainly am. I'm on week four, 9lbs down and managed to hurt my foot this week. This would normally have thrown me but I talked to my coach who then provided me with some chair workouts to keep the momentum going. I made an appointment to talk to Tristan, the physiotherapist, to help with the foot problem. It was immediately reassuring to know that help was available. The best bit for me so far? Looking in the mirror and seeing that it's working, the evidence is there. Trust the process and it will happen. I'm looking forward to seeing where this takes me.
