Alex is incredibly eloquent and his caring and understanding of anyone in need of help is glaringly obvious. What a lovely approach he has to explaining clear cut ideas. I would go as far as to say he has a wonderful bedside manner. It is clear that he is able to 'heal' if we take on board what he says.
