BEWARE!!!
Please BEWARE. This company uses manipulative marketing strategies. Please don't be fooled by the offers of a scholarsip or 241 deals. They call and seem genuinely interested in your situation, keep you talking for ages, with no mention if costs, get you to verbally agree you want to engage in change and then at the very end tell you its going to cost thousands. I was definitely pressured into this sale. I was in a very vulnerable state of mental health. Even though I was upset on the telephone and explained I could not afford to pay for his services. Alex responded with: "Well for the sake of your health I don't think you can afford not to pay, you don't wanna waste another year being overweight and unhappy...we can work put a payment plan". He then gets you to respond to an email he sends you, which is essentially you agreeing to be contracted in to his services, but gives you no time to read it and no cooling off period. I was asked how much I could afford for a diwnpayment andvencouraged to take out 0% purchase credit cards to pay the remainder. Alex has done nothing more than make me feel resentful, foolish, scammed and unheard. The app you sign up to is not at all user friendly and relies on inputs from other health apps, which need to be installed too - taking up valuable memory on my phone. My physical health and weight is unchanged and my mental health has certainly not been helped. I've spent thousands, with nothing to show for it. The sports dietician, Alex Neilan and Sustainable change will not be seeing another penny from me, I've lost thousands of £££'s and no lbs and I will actively discourage any friend of mine from engaging with him through any platform. All of the material he sends is rehashed, unoriginal content, which I could have found for free on the Internet, presented in amateur fashion, so no money spent on the quality of the information shared. His coaching "team" work from home and will not engage in conversation about the methods used to recruit or how upset I am by the financial pressure this has placed me under.
