Be very wary of signing up. My wife (66 years old) joined last year at £2000 for life. She has lost weight and enjoys it. Her trainer is rarely available though and the daily live workouts are now once a week. After a few weeks I overheard a call from Alex Neilan and that included- you dont have to include your husband - it's your body and your money -. I found out he had talked her into giving him another £3000 for the platinum course! I got her to call him back next day to get her money back where he explained there are no refunds as when you electronically signed up you waive your rights to the 14 day cooling off period. At the same time he talked her out of another £600!
Alex Neilan does deliver but preys on women's weaknesses and ego's for profit.
My wife keeps up her diet and exercise regime but rarely uses her platinum course.
