Terrible customer service!... I bough a $500 watch on their website last week and then realized amazon is selling for a considerably lower price and by Suunto (total of $75 difference). I contacted them to say I wanted a price match otherwise I would return the watch and buy some other brand. The Customer Representative said that's something they couldn't do and didn't even try to retain me. I'm glad I didn't engaged business with a company like this. I feel bad for those who might have issues with their purchases and get this kind of service. No wonder why everyone is picking Garmin.
