Suunto stands at the top for the worst customer support I have ever dealt with. The products are okay when comparing them to other smart outdoor watches, but the customer service makes the product not even worth buying. I have been waiting over 3 months to get a watch back from a manufacture defect and have still not received it. Customer support has no idea what they're doing and have an atrocious system. I will never be going back to Suunto
