Unbelievable company. First, they definitely stand behind the customer. This is my first time ordering from Svakom and in my confusion of different products they offer, I ordered the wrong products. When I figured out, I ordered wrong, I contact Svakom, letting them know what I did and my order number. It had already gotten shipped, and they said when the package arrived, not to open it and take pictures of the package sending them the pictures. I then shipped it back to Svakom, letting them know the tracking number. They then shipped the the products that I should have ordered. Just a great experience with Customer Service and Svakom for a first-time customer.
