No wonder this store is as low as 3 stars! Please do not order from them if you're living outside of Ontario Canada.These guys promised to refund the shipping fee for an exchange of a pair of Converse that were too large. I did proceed with the exchange and I've purchased the label via their website. The lady says the fees would be refunded back to the credit card with 5 business days. I thank them for their kindness in finding resolution to the issue and for refunding the fees.I've never received the refund.When I called back and inquire, they literally said the arrangement and the conversation never happened.Canada has now become a country with no backbone.Please remain local and encourage our Canadian rooted businesses.I'm fed up of everyone migrating to Canada, yet finding their way to pursue fraud and scamming people all day. I will definitely not purchase from them again obviously and I will surely discourage everyone from doing so.I will sale the shoe and make a profit out of it, by principle.Nancy
