I wish I read these reviews before ordering! I received the pan I ordered but handle was broken. I immediately emailed with photos but despite multiple emails, no response. The mobile number on their website does not exist.Please avoid. They are not a registered company in the UK, certainly not at their current Manchester address anyway. I am trying to report them as fraudulent through citizens advice bureau. I recommend others do the same if similar experience.
