Make sure to submit your complaint to the cyber cell and send a screenshot to the contact number listed on their website. Keep trying to reach out via both regular and WhatsApp calls, and follow up with messages on WhatsApp, including a screenshot of your complaint. I also escalated my issue with my bank, and they assured me they would follow up and seek recovery from the vendor. I received my refund within two days after taking these steps. Be aware that you will likely not receive any responses to your messages, emails, or calls from this company.
