I started swagbucks about 1-2 days ago last night I was able to cash out for a $25 dollar virtual Mastercard to go into my email. I do have the order number and everything for it, I was told that it was verified and that it's processing my card to send me the information for it. Later this afternoon I went to go look at my swagbucks account to see if anything changed or if my card had finally came through to my email to track my order. When I went to the website I tried to log in and it told me my account was suspended until further review and when I reached out to customer care they told me my account was deactivated because I "broke the terms and conditions of the survey program" which I never done, and never had a problem with doing surveys until after I redeemed my first $25 dollar card after I verified my address and phone number. Honestly the surveys are glitchy, they kick you out for no reason and even say that the URL'S can't be used to a website that was JUST working. I will NO longer be using swagbucks, I just want the card I spent hours a day and night to get enough SB points which were 2,150sbs to redeem. I just want my card that's it.
