My wife brought me a watch for our 40th Wedding annivesary last March i started wearing in September, 2 months later it started gaining 3 to 5 minutes a week after a very drawn out procedure eventually got a replacement this lasted 6 weeks before it just stopped went through procedure again to get another watch.The 3rd one arrived and the day button didnt work correctly ,by now i was totally dishearted by this luxury watch only to be told it was purchased a year ago i wasnt due a refund eventually they agreed to refund,which i am still waiting for.
Really disappointed that my 40th wedding annivesary gift has been both stressful and upsetting for my wife ,as it dosnt do what it says on their web site.And that is to work
