I purchased a brand new unwanted Rose Gold Complexity automatic Swan & Edgar watch at a reduced price. However on receipt it was gaining 17 minutes in 14 days. The good people at Field Luxury Limited (Customer Support) provided me with a new replacement. Unfortunately this too gained significantly and again customer support provided a new replacement. I am glad to report that this watch works fantastic and together with the outstanding visual display I am over the moon with the product.
