One of the worst websites I've tried to navigate. I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to order 2 watches in their "Complexity" range, both to come with their own presentation box. However, every time you try and add the second watch to your basket, the first one has completely disappeared! Then, when you go back to your basket, it's completely empty!! You also can't add a presentation box to every purchase, only one per basket. It seams they want you to only buy one watch at a time, and pay multiple shipping charges!!!Their watches look lovely, but I guess I'll never own one as I've now given up bothering...............
