Brilliant company, so helpfull with anything you want to know, customer service is first class.As for the watch I purchased for a gift for my husband for our 50th wedding anniversary. I was so impressed with the packaging to start with and the gift box I purchased is so smart . The watch omg if I say I was over the moon with it , that would be a understatement. The pictures were lovely on Swan & Edgar's website but when you see it in real life, just stunning. It looks a lot more expensive than it is and it looks so well made. I love that its a British company too which is very important to me . I would highly recommend this company without a shadow of a doubt.
