My wife gifted me a Complexity watch from the Swan & Edgar brand and collection. I have to be honest, when I opened it, I was very excited, it looked elegant and great! However, potentially due to shipping mismanagement, the watch was not functioning properly. I got very concerned because we were on vacation in a foreign country and I had no idea how we could return it, or how we could get assistance with it.I reached out to the customer support and service team via email, and I was pleasantly surprised as I got a response in less than 24 hours.The team went above and beyond to help me and address my needs. They guided me to identify the potential issues with the watch and how to troubleshoot them, when they concluded that it had to be replaced or fixed at their locations, they guided me on every step of the process to send it back, and they covered the costs to do so.I made it even harder as I was moving to yet another country, and they went the extra mile to make sure that i would receive the replacement promptly and that it would all be taken care of.I am glad to say that i received it, in perfect conditions, it works wonderfully, and its a fantastic product. Its elegant, and i have already been complimented by a couple of people saying that its a beautiful watch.Yes, the product is great, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service received.
