Purchased two watches last week, the complexity and the world timer. Delivery was quick but I needed it for a wedding so I called customer service just to make sure it would arrive on time and they were easy to get hold of and really friendly and helpful, delivery arrived when expected. The build quality is nice and they feel premium in the weight and button presses. The functions of the watch also are very smooth. The case is also a nice addition but most importantly they look stunning both on display and on my wrist and a great addition to my collection. Received a few compliments when I wore it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
