Received watch took about a month. Watch lasted 3 months before one of the hands fell off. Watch sent away for repair. took about a month. Lasted less than a week before same fault occurred again. Watch sent away again. it has now been a month and have heard nothing from them. Poor service and poor watches. Just thankful I did not spend a lot. Today I heard back from the company they have arranged for a refund of the watch. Hence the change in the rating. Still feel more could have been done to let me know they had received the watch back and when the replacement would have arrived.
