My father was supposed to receive a new watch for one that developed a fault after 9 months (5 year warranty). Instead they sent the same one back not only still faulty but now damaged. They are now not responding to emails or calls so i will be escalating the matter to ResolverUPDATED AUGUST 29TH.My father was offered a brand new watch from a select range which was delivered within the week. So far so good with the replacementUPDATED 25TH JANUARY 2024Unfortunately the replacement watch is stopping on a regular basis. This shouldn't be happening to watches costing this much. I have no faith in this company or their products from our experiences so far.
