This will be my third review for this company and also an update of how things have progressed.firstly I was contacted asking if my watch winder had the capability of both clockwise and anticlockwise.I replies that it did and would appreciate a refund for my original purchase. I was then contacted by James who informed me he was the owner of the company, he was polite and explained that their is sometimes a failure rate in the automatic movement.After a conversation James suggested that I keep the faulty watch and to accept their best seller.I asked what he would suggest and it was the complexity.Also I was offered a gift of a set of cufflinks.I was informed new stock was arriving and one would be dispatched to me.True to their word both the watch and gift appeared within 7 days.There has been follow up messages to ask if the watch had arrived and the latest message asked if I would amend/remove my previous reviews.I explained that both of these were a true account of what happened and they would remain but would update what had happened.It's nice to know that James is concerned about the review's he receives be they good or bad.Also he likes to put things right which is also brilliant.As for the watch James has assured me be there any issues to contact him directly.
