The endocrinologist prescribed to my mother to take DHEA and Pregnolone and Swanson delivers it. I cannot really speak about the quality of the ingredients since I am not a chemist but I have been customer of Swanson for almost two years and in the anti aging line there are not side effects since my mother still looks young at 65 and she has quite a stressful life.
