The free shipping option is extremely disappointing in 2026. The service used is unreliable, and the delivery estimates are absurd. It's been two weeks, and the package hasn't even reached the main hub. I understand that they wait to fill a truck, but these are vitamins with a limited shelf life that are subjected to harsh conditions while they sit for what seems like weeks. Additionally, they have the audacity to charge an extra fee for insurance. Why? If there’s tracking, it should be insured. This was my first order in five years, and now I have no idea when it will arrive, if at all. It's no wonder I stopped ordering from this service. Packages used to arrive within days. I’m relieved I didn’t need anything urgently. Such a waste of time. I won't be using this service again; I’ll just get my vitamins from another store.
