I have followed the instructions I received with the nighttime glasses, wearing them the prescribed amount of time before going to bed. I’ve slept 2 to 3 hours and then have been awake 2 to 3 hours in the middle of the night. Maybe I just need more time for my body to adjust. It’s only been three nights. My fingers are crossed for better results in the future!
