This is an update to the original review below. The merchant has made good on the exchange. It was received as of today. Much appreciated. Thank you. I ordered Classic Night Swannies and tried to do an exchange for a different size. I never received the exchange. they said it was delivered by DHL who just dropped it off in the mailroom area of an apartment building, without me knowing of delivery. I tried to reach out to customer support days later to check status and was told it was delivered almost 2 weeks prior. Tried to find out what we can do and no response, no refund, no exchange, no resolution. They just took my money. Small companies are typical of this practice, poor customer support after they take your money.
