No service!!They're happy to take money, but when it comes to me requiring service they refuse by saying I'm out of the service area. They knew where I live and refuse to rectify the situation without a further charge to myself.Wasted time with several phone calls to no avail.The bike is very heavy, 2 front brakes are poor and it is a dangerous ride in slightly wet conditions. Plus the lock broke. I won't use again or recommend to others.
