Not only it's a free, super easy, and fun platform to use for apt swapping (both on the web and in an app)- makes Tinder look silly as swiping for apt matches it's way more rewarding - but also the founders are plain awesome professionals as well as great human beings always prompt and ready to help. Also , they're doing their best and constantly looking for ways to improve users experience and also build a community of travelers that roam and explore the world in a super sustainable way, all while helping people connect with each other and forge great new friendships! I already completed an over two weeks super fun and successful apt swap in Vienna, Austria (my host came to my apt in Saranda, Albania) and everything went superbly well.
