Horrible customer service. I wanted to exchange a case and all they have done is confuse my order numbers and send my new shipment to another city and tell me to pick it from there as if this is normal behavior from a company. I have given the company 150 euros and still do not have the order I want, waiting like an idiot for the shipment while it sits in another city. Do NOT order from here.
