The quality is unacceptable, and there are no returns for damaged items – it's unbelievable! I ordered the Cozy Straight Leg Sweats in black, and what I received was shockingly subpar. The pants had loose threads, crooked seams, and the waistband was poorly constructed, making them uncomfortable to wear. These defects should never have passed quality control. To make matters worse, the website states that due to their sale, I cannot return damaged items. This is completely unacceptable. A discount does not absolve a brand from responsibility for faulty products. I expected much more. Instead, I am left with defective pants that I cannot wear and a company that does not stand behind its products. I will definitely not order here again.
