The company does not represent itself as a premium brand; a premium experience involves more than just a good product. I ordered a pair of sweatpants 21 days ago, sent three emails, and received a response only once, which did not answer any of my questions. Their customer service is poor, and the shipping is just as bad. Marketing themselves as a 'community' is quite amusing, as it seems many customers, including myself, are unhappy with their products or simply not receiving them. At this point, I would prefer a refund and to invest in a brand that genuinely cares about its customers.
