Because I am unable to leave my comments directly to Swedbank, I am forced to write about "my wonderful experience" with my Swedbank account that I have had for 24 years here. For example, there is a chat on the Swedbank website, and there is the possibility to leave feedback, but not for me but for someone else. So, I would like to state that for many years on my account: 1. all the time to this day, without transactions, money disappears, small amounts, but? 2. often my account does not show the transfer, for example from the tax office, it happened over 4 years, four times, so note that I never received a certain amount. 3. bank statements never show the truth, i.e. the information from the bank statement does not match the actual transfers and the actual payments. So, as an economist with a university education, I evaluate that my account is a fake account. But, this is not the most serious violation of my rights of the amount of serious crimes that have been committed against my family in Sweden. Hence the conclusion that if I change banks, things will not get better, but only worse, as usual. Show less
