I am extremely disappointed with Sweepico. After a clear billing issue, I was contacted by their support team and explicitly promised a refund for $110. I have the emails and chat logs proving they agreed to return the funds.
However, since that promise was made on feb 10th, they have completely stopped responding. I have followed up multiple times, but they have gone silent. It’s one thing to have a technical error; it’s another to tell a customer you will make it right and then just ghost them.
Nebraska residents/players, be warned: they may have some fun games, but their "support" and financial integrity are nonexistent. If they owe you money, don't expect to see it without a fight. I’ve already had to escalate this to the Gaming Commission and my bank. Save your money and play somewhere that actually honors their word.
