First, the site makes things to confusing with the bonus coins and deposit requirements and redemption rules. Just be upfront with us, tell us a play through amount on our deposit and then let us redeem. What they are doing is making it look like this is for our benefit but really it is to make it harder to be able to redeem. Second, the app and website glitch frequently freezing up or closing completely without warning. Third, which may be an issue with their site/app or it may be on purpose... when you try to contact them it just puts you in an endless limbo where you just see a blank page and never make it to customer service. I tried to make a simple $30 redemption. First it says approved, then it comes back a little later with an option to cancel the redemption and that is where it has stayed. I can't get to customer service to find anything out from them due to issue described above.
