So if you win anything and submit a redemption, good luck getting it. That’s unless you message them. They will immediately deposit the first redemption but will delay the others in hopes that you cancel them and play with that money. I had the same situation occur with a different app under the same company, and they made me wait an additional 5 days! They do not respect customer loyalty and it’s really not worth spending a dime. You end up spending all your time going back and forth with them.
