Overall the provider is legit, great selection of games, fast payouts, daily reward for logging in could be better 20 cents is not a good incentive to make u want to log in everyday lol. I agree with another reviewer on jackpot bonus pop up because that's my issue with Sweepshark rn, it popped up then took it away without me even being able to play. I contacted customer service and their responses are very generic and don't offer any helpful advice or resolution which is disappointing. I understand if it were a game glitch, it's in the rules that's not their fault but game glitches are a loss for the player but this wasn't a game glitch, it was a reward basically that was dangled in front of you like a tease then snatched away, rather unfair I feel, too unfair for the amount of money i spend with Sweepshark. Other than that I have no complaints, been playing with them for a while and the playback money is nice, I had playback of 80$ before and I've cashed out $1000 before so they are legit but for those who are loyal to the platform....be loyal to the players, if there's a problem and customer service can see it in their end then fix it, great customer service along with a great platform will get u everywhere, #1 in the online sweeps gaming provider world (lol whatever u want to call it🤣) anyway good job Sweepshark games, customer service do better (not terrible but needs improvement) and sorry to the readers for this novel. 😁
