I like the platform when I can actually get into to use. I get plenty of emails for free plays and bonus offers but I never get to use them because my browser can't load the link, I even downloaded the app and again the link is not supported so I've missed out on alot of free games that I should definitely be able to utilize. When I reached out to customer support they make me go through this who ordeal to screen record and screenshot but I have yet had any rep mention anything about assisting me in fixing the situation
