I made an account then tried to log in and couldn't, when I reached out to customer service about this they told me due to their "internal security review" I can't join. I am a customer of almost every sweeps site out there. Never been in trouble never made a duplicate or fake account. Never even attempted to use a bonus code twice. If they want to block me for no reason what says they wont do the same to you after you win big. Just saying ive never been treated this rude on any site in the past 2 years ive been playing.
